IMPORTANT US CUSTOMS UPDATE

Please note that the US customs are now randomly seizing export containers from all ports due apparantley to terror threats .These containers are completely unloaded and checked.They are then reloaded and resent to the port for export This can delay shippents up to a month and there have been reports of freight being damaged.
It is important to realise this can not be insured against and there is no way of claiming back to US customs.
We all need to be aware that for the near future this is going be a regular occurance .Also note that we shippers are charged anywhere up to $4000 per container for this check which we are not on charging to our customers
